I am not responsible for any returns if the purse you purchase online and send directly to me is not what you expected. Read all reviews and aim for dimensions within the range of between 7” to 12” on the longest side. Avoid logos. I will provide my mailing address once your Squarespace order has been placed.

Your bag will be modified to the point of no return; in all cases I will need to glue or stitch to the surface or cut away material. Be aware that this is a hand made modification and I will do my best to make it consistent with the examples, as well as durable. No returns after I have started modifying. You are receiving the face style pictured with no substitutions except for material colors.

Please include eyelid and nose color preferences in the Additional Notes at checkout. Communication is key as I might send pictures of swatches if I have a variety of shades in your color selection (limited to my fleece inventory). I have the right to decline color combinations that look too similar to a popular franchise character, or a bag combo that has been previously made - let’s make yours one of a kind!
